Where were we?

Hello People,

How art thou? This heat nowadays has been no joke, i'm beginning to believe in my head that Nigeria has somehow moved closer towards the equator.......this can't be normal!!! Nepa sef has decided to join in adding to my heat blues......in fact ehn....

These are some other ways to inhale essential oils:

As Natural Room Deodorizers:

Spray:

Note: Even though learning how to use essential oils aromatically is probably the easiest and safest, it's still important to know your body, and pay attention to how it responds to the oils. Aromatic is still a potent use of essential oils. Too much can overwhelm your system, give you a headache, or even cause a reaction if you're sensitive or allergic to the oil.

Topical application of oils: Learning how to use essential oils topically is a little more delicate, but still fairly simple. Please remember that although most essential oils can be used topically, HOW they are used will vary from oil to oil. Some come with precautions for dilution or frequency, but even those that don't can still affect some skin types, causing itchiness or a rash if not used correctly. When using EOs topically, botanical name is extremely important to be sure the oil you are using is the right one for that purpose.

If you are not sure or don’t know, do a patch test on an area of your inner arm first. Dilute with a carrier oil you know gives you no issues, start with one diluted drop and put it on your inner elbow, leave for a few hours if you react to it in any way use your carrier oil to clean it off NOT water ooo, that will make it worse.

Always perform a skin patch test on your skin for oils one at a time so you will know which oils you might have a negative reaction to, do not use any such oils at all either individually or as part of a blend.

That's all for this blog post, we'll continue next time where i'll go into detail about the various methods you can employ when using essential oils topically, plus we are almost at Carrier oils and their uses.

Feel free to get in touch with feedback, comments or any questions you may have.

Have a great, blessed, fruitful week ahead.

Till we chat again,

Peace & Love,

Naturally yours,

Mo!
