Apologies for the lateness.

Sea buckthorn seed oil Nigeria

Hello people,

Apologies for the lateness of this post, it has been quite hectic and i kind of let things get a few things slip.....make una no vex ooo.

I'm sure you've noticed the new logo and website....hope you like them . There will be more changes across the board very soon....one of the things keeping me so busy, all part of our effort to look our best for you.

Did you catch Beautifully Nappy and I's interview on The Mose Store live IG channel? Had loads of fun but it was so uncomfortable for me being in front of the camera or large groups of people ( spoke at The Luxury Beauty Brunch earlier the same day)....ohh well, i guess i conquered those two fears in just one day......never again though!!

We didn't finish this topic, last post so this is the conclusion to methods of using EOs:

Use of carrier oils is not only vital for safety, but they help increase absorption, especially in skin that is dry or flaky as it helps moisturize the skin and slow down evaporation of the oil.

It’s always advisable to use several small doses throughout the day rather than a single large dose. Start with the lowest possible dose (1–2 drops). A topical dose can be repeated every 4–6 hours as needed. Because every individual is unique, the dose will vary for each individual based on size, age, and overall health status.

Techniques for topical use:

1. Compress

2. Bath:

Note: essential oils are not water soluble; thus they will float on top of the bath and skin passing through the water will be exposed to full strength EOs so you MUST use a dispersant e.g. vegetable oil, whole (not fat free or skim) milk, vegetable glycerin

3. Massage

Beneficial areas you can apply EOs:

Neck

Forehead and temples

Chest and abdomen

Arms, legs, bottom of feet

Sensitive areas to be avoided:

Some facial areas, such as the skin around the eyes and inner ears

Broken, damaged, or otherwise injured skin

Well, that's it for this post we will continue next post with how to create blends and all the fun you can have with your oils

Until then Peace & Love,

Naturally yours,

Mo!
