How is 2017 treating you thus far? Personally, the grind is back on in full force, doing my best to put my new year "resolutions" so to speak into action......so far, not doing so good lol..but this is just the 2nd week na....there's still a bit of time for me to get it together.
We left off on the very controversial debate on ingesting EOs, there are so many differing opinions on this matter it is mind boggling and quite difficult to keep up with changing opinions and trends.
Many doctors, aromatherapists, alternative health care practitioners and scientists say that is just a marketing strategy which is not only considered to be false advertising it is also quite dangerous!!
This is my personal opinion from listening to both sides of the argument:

Some aromatherapy books, companies and even doctors talk about taking essential oils internally; I disagree based on research, studying and listening to many

However, Mo's Essential Oils are STRICTLY for external use ONLY and not to be ingested for any reason whatsoever! Yes, we would like you to buy our oils and believe they will benefit you, but we won't say just about anything to make a sale and definitely not in anyway compromise our ethics or most importantly, put your health or well being in danger to make a buck! No way!!
All the benefits, uses, blend recipes etc. you will find here and on our website will be for topical and aromatic use only, we will give out no information whatsoever on what they are alleged to do when taken internally….I no fit shout!
These are just my opinions and are in no way set in stone or the only way to do things, or an attempt to suggest they are.
The decision to ingest or any other method use is at the end of the day is a personal one, based on individual preference.
